I was referred to MR Nabili as I have primary Sjogrens which started having big impact on the dryness of my eyes. Despite using eye drops daily/hot compresses/eye wipes etc nothing seemed to help the dryness which restricted my day to day life. After the second consultation Mr Nabili started me on a program of various medications to relieve my systems. It has now been six weeks and I am thrilled that my symptoms seem to be under control and the daily discomfort/pain I was experiencing has abated. I know this condition will never be cured but I am so relieved that some of the unpleasant symptoms can actually be relieved. Thank you Mr Nabili.

Over three months have elapsed since I was referred to Mr Nabili following a routine eye examination by my optician. I was diagnosed with bilateral shallow anterior chambers, bilateral occludable angles and bilateral early lens opacities which required Mr Nabili to perform bilateral YAG laser iridotomies relatively swiftly. I attended Lancaster Infirmary for the laser surgery five days later and from the initial consultation to the post operative check up I received outstanding care from Mr Nabili and his team. Just to allay any fears anyone might have about laser surgery, I can honestly say the process was performed in a matter of minutes and I barely felt anything other than an unusual sensation in each eye. Sitting at the apparatus you are required to remain perfectly still during the procedure and I greatly appreciated the nurse's interaction in supporting my head. I most definitely received "great care" from Mr Nabili and the Ophthalmology department as a whole - thank you very much.

having selected to see dr nabili rather than wait for very slow nhs treatment his approach and informative treatment was second to none he used laser treatment following cataract treatment already done on nhs he not only restored my vision perfectly but also found that my daily irritation that I had suffered for 2 yrs was being caused by a combination of blepharitus and dry eyes and prescribed a different eye drop as well as blephasol water the result was absolutely marvelous cannot speak to highly of his professionalism

To say I was apprehensive about my forthcoming cataract procedure was an understatement but it was as told- straightforward & nothing to worry about.Mr Nabili was informative & reassuring keeping me updated every step of the way from the moment I attended my first consultation to the operation conclusion & finally when I was discharged, nothing was too much trouble. I have every confidence in him & would recommend Mr Nabili to anyone who has to have this operation. He's restored my long distance sight for which I am so grateful. Mr Nabili & his team at the WGH were wonderful thank you so much!

Mr Nabili was my 85 year old mothers doctor following an incident with sight loss, he was so kind considerate and helpful, he always explained everything in detail and in a way that she could understand, he never assumed understanding or made decisions on her behalf, he is probably the best gentleman Doctor we have every had the pleasure of being treated by. I would always recommend him to anyone and hopefully when the time comes for my Mother to have her cataracts done he will be the one to perform the surgery. Thank you so much
